About the Role

 

The HR Generalist (Saudi Talent) will support the HR function in delivering effective HR services and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The role will be based in Jeddah and combines HR operational responsibilities with support for key HR initiatives, while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations and alignment with company HR policies.

 

You will work closely with the HR Manager and business teams to support recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and employee engagement activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive working relationships with employees and managers.

 

How You Will Make an Impact

 

HR Operations & Talent Acquisition

  • Maintain HR systems (including SAP SuccessFactors / HRMS) ensuring employee data accuracy.
  • Support preparation of HR reports and basic analytics.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies.
  • Support the recruitment process, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
  • Assist in organizing internship, graduate trainee, and campus recruitment programs.
  • Support participation in career fairs and employer branding activities.

 

Employee Relations & Performance Management

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
  • Support the HR Manager in handling employee relations matters and performance management processes.
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist in compiling feedback reports.
  • Assist with performance review cycles and related documentation.

 

HR Programs & Engagement

  • Support the implementation of employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition programs.
  • Assist in organizing employee events and HR initiatives.
  • Participate in activities related to workplace environment and employee experience.

 

Payroll & HR Administration

  • Provide administrative support to the payroll process, including data preparation and verification.
  • Assist in maintaining payroll-related records and resolving basic discrepancies when needed.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee files.

 

Policy & Compliance

  • Assist in updating HR policies, employee handbook, and job descriptions.
  • Support compliance with Saudi labour law and company HR policies.
  • Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries and escalate complex matters when necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

 

What You Need to Succeed

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or structured organization.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR practices.
  • Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and HR administration.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
