Refrigeration Project Engineer

How will you contribute:

• Manage full project lifecycle from concept to commissioning.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Supervise site activities, installation, and testing processes.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements.
• Review and approve technical drawings, load calculations, and system specifications.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Mentor and support junior engineers and project team members.
• Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project evaluations.
• Prepare monthly reports on Refrigeration Performance adhering to deadlines.
• Analyzing the business billing and invoice submission each month on all aspects and following up with customers for payment.
• Act as a custodian of customer satisfaction.
• Close coordination with operation and execution team to achieve the billing target.
• Invoice submission – docs to finance for payment collection.

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in refrigeration or HVAC project management.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems (chillers, compressors, cold storage, ammonia systems, etc.).
• Experience in industrial and large-scale commercial projects.
• Project management certification (PMP is a plus).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering software.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
