Job Responsibilities
- To provide effective technical support to the maintenance team.
- Assist Maintenance Manager in preparing the maintenance budget and maintenance planning.
- Carry out on-site periodical inspection over the related systems, paying special attention to critical areas, coordinate with maintenance team for technical expertise support.
- Strategizing and monitoring the daily team activities, PM service and operation.
- Maintaining and updating Maintenance documentation for all systems related.
- Perform service and maintenance of refrigeration systems and related equipment/facilities.
- Provide technical support and plant leadership for (Freon /Ammonia) refrigeration equipment troubleshooting and modifications.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with Team Leader, peers, team members, other leaders, and managers corporate partners.
- Perform both uptime and down time preventative maintenance in adherence to the master PM schedule.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance.
- Perform daily rounds/checks of (Freon /Ammonia) refrigeration system.
- Responsible for attending daily calls from customers for Air/water cooled Chillers, AHUs, FAHU, FCUs, ACUs, multi compressor racks, water pumps and chilled water system.
- Understands engineering drawings, electrical layouts, and mechanical diagrams.
- Experience in replacing defective parts and good skill on brazing techniques for copper pipes (Copper to Copper /copper to brass/copper to aluminum/copper to steel joints).
- Able to independently attend sites and solve customer problems with minimum supervision.
- Able to write and generate reports in MS Excel, Word and Power point and issue service tickets after every site visit to submit to the Customer and Service Office.
- Timely, Committed and Professional in handling complaints with the clear goal of attending and resolving customer complaints at the soonest possible time.
- Completes customer complaints with the right approach and solutions during the first visit without having back jobs.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines related to Industrial Refrigeration equipment and procedures
- Flexible to work overtime and on travel assignments within Saudi Arabia.
- Instruct and Conduct site training on operation, maintenance of Daikin Equipment.
- Use and care of company provided equipment, material, tools, and Vehicle.

Job Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 5-7 years of experience working on chiller, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, ACUs, multi compressor racks chilled water pumps and chilled water system with knowledge of, troubleshooting and Maintenance,
- Strong troubleshooting skills of refrigeration cycle.
- Strong troubleshooting skills of electrical circuits.
- Customer oriented and have a good sense of customer satisfaction.
- Team Player and works well with other Technicians and Team mates.
- Excellent Conduct, Timeliness and Professionalism
- Fit, Healthy and Able to work in Saudi Arabia Outdoor Conditions.
- Good background in personal and work-related safety.
Education
- Graduate with at least Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, or Equivalent Course Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical or Electrical.
Skills:
- Technical Skill in trouble shooting of chilled water system, Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ACUs ,Muti compressor rack.
- Excellent Skill in Mechanical Repair and Troubleshooting
- Electrical Skill, Repair and Troubleshooting,
- Good verbal and written communication skill in English
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word & Power Point.
