Job Responsibilities:

  • This position reports to the Production Manager. The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to directly coordinate the production within established processes and procedures to ensure that operating goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinating temporary labor force due to the fluctuating production figures
  • Observing the efficiency and productivity of the employees and performing relevant plans for the improvement
  • Assist Production Manager to develop and execute section operating plans and budgets to assure goals and objectives of the production and maintenance departments are met with approval of the Production Manager
  • Through Production Manager’s direction, encourage employee participation in achieving productivity and efficiency goals and contribute to promoting new ideas for improving quality
  • Coordinating with the Quality Assurance system within the company and Management associate
  • Assist Production Manager in Production Planning.
  • Coordinates planning, organization and implementation of engineering projects
  • Provides technical direction and assistance to all team members
  • Establish and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all services, facilities, and machinery
  • Any other duties assigned by Production Manager
  • Follow the Health & Safety guidelines to prevent him/herself and others from workplace injury.
  • Participate in factory’s initiatives to preserve environment and reduce carbon footprint.

Job Requirements:

  • Engineering Degree qualification(Mechanical/Electrical/HVAC)
  • Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience in the HVAC Airside Industry, of which a minimum of 3 years in a management/supervisor position
  • Deep knowledge in ERP tools like SAP, ENVISION etc.       
  • English (Fluent), Urdu/Hindi, Arabic (Preferred)
  • Software knowledge - Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Access (Microsoft) CAD software, AHU selection
