Job Responsibilities:

  • Account management within DKSA
  • Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target
  • Generate new enquiries and customers (contractors and sub-contractors)
  • Review enquiries and Guide application team in making quotations & submittals
  • Follow up on submittals for approvals from Client / Consultant
  • Familiarity with the industry trends and competition
  • Negotiation of contractual/commercial terms
  • Coordinate with Service team to provide After Sales support to existing customers.
  • Project Payment follow up and Realization
  • Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production, and marketing processes
  • Input, Monitor and Update CRM data on regular basis and prepare sales reports for the management

 

 

Job Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

  • At least 5 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in HVAC sector
  • Successful track Record in KSA market and HVAC industry
  • Strong experience on contractual terms & conditions
  • Strong product knowledge of Chillers, Airside products and VRV/VRF
  • Driving license

 

Education:

  • Mechanical Engineering degree

 

Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Daikin product range and market
  • Knowledge of the Arabic language is considered as an advantage

 

KPIs:

  • Develop sales report with best reports quality
  •  Develop new sales channels and customer list
  • Negotiate and secure the best margin with minimum discount .
  • keep customers satisfied and engaged with Daikin Saudi as loyal customers.
  • Coordinate with KA/ BD / CS/SVC team to achieve the best results for company.
  • Help and contribute AMC & OMC with service (add to you contract) or separate
  • promote and support Refrigeration business
  • change some VRV projects to supply and install
  • report to top management about any service failures with customers
  • support marketing activities and customer engagement
  • Geographic coverage and follow up leads from management
