Daikin Middle East & Africa (DAME) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a Japanese outstanding company and worldwide the biggest developer, producer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology.

DAME is Daikin’s Middle East and Africa regional HQ. The regional has headquarter in Dubai and other offices in Abu Dhabi, Cairo (Egypt), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Qatar as well as 2 production plants, and 2 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the MEA region.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide Spare Parts support to Spare Dealers/Customers in Saudi Arabia
2. Spot the Spare Parts Sales Opportunities in Service from Spare parts dealers and convert them to orders and revenue through support from Technical Service Team

To achieve the above perform the following

• Understand and manage customer expectations on Spare parts requirements keeping in mind Promptness Reliability and Kindness which is the fundamental to DAIKIN
• Convert every lead into opportunities from Distributors for Service and Parts
• Order management and delivery in DKSA promptly and reliably keeping in mind Customer satisfaction
• Process customer Spare Parts orders in SAP on time and improve customer satisfaction
• Dealers management – Parts Sales- Participate in review meetings and take note of any challenges on Parts support to take necessary actions.
• Achieve monthly and yearly spare parts billing and profit margin target
• Achieve Customer Satisfaction by responding to customers as per KPI guidelines
• Prepare Monthly Reports on Spare Parts Sales Performance adhering to deadlines
• Analyzing the Spare parts billing and invoice submission each month on all aspects and follow up with customers for payment
• Act as a custodian of customer satisfaction for customers
• Report on open orders, order booking for customers with evaluation.
• Close coordination with 3PL warehouse, factory warehouse and customers forwarders for shipment collection
• Manage shortage and damage claims from customers.
• Invoice Submission – prepare and submit LC / CAD/ SBLC etc. docs to finance for payment collection

Job Requirements:

Experience & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Spare Parts Business in HVAC industry
• Distribution Network Management
• Great negotiation skills
• Excellent understanding of logistics requirement of Internal and Domestic.
• Excellent networking and time management skills
• Minimum 5 Years of experience
• Ability to make reports and conduct Presentations

Education:

• Bachelor of Science / Engineering Graduate Degree / Marketing

Skills:

• Proficiency in English (both verbal & written). Knowledge of Arabic would be added advantage
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to plan and lead meetings
• Proficient working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, and other Microsoft Office applications
