DAME is Daikin’s Middle East and Africa regional HQ. The regional has headquarter in Dubai and other offices in Abu Dhabi, Cairo (Egypt), Riyadh (Saudi Arabia), Jeddah (Saudi Arabia), Qatar as well as 2 production plants, and 2 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the MEA region.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Compiling and maintaining sales-related data and reports.
- Assisting with sales inquiries from customers or prospects.
- Coordinating sales meetings, conferences, and events.
- Supporting sales representatives with presentations, sales materials, and customer orders or contracts.
- Managing sales documentation and paperwork.
- Collaborating with other departments for effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
- Contacting customers to collect outstanding payments.
- Resolving payment issues and negotiating payment plans.
- Monitoring and tracking accounts receivable.
- Recording and updating payment information in financial systems.
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests related to invoices and payments.
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Generating and analyzing aging reports to identify delinquent accounts.
Job Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
- 2-5 years’ experience in relevant work experience in aftermarket sales, field sales, service support, customer service, or parts management.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
- Excellent customer relation, interpersonal, time management & organizational skills are essential.
- Must have high energy, be self-motivated, and be able to work independently to achieve objectives.
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Must have attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Education
- Graduate with any Diploma Course, Accounting, Finance, preferably with HVAC Mechanical or Electrical background.
Skills:
- Excellent Call Management Skills
- Excellent in Time Management
- Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Word & Power Point
- Good attitude and understanding on Customer Service and Satisfaction
Preferred:
- Previous experience with Call Center Management
- Good inter-personal and reporting skills
- Background and understanding on HVAC
