Customer Care and Technical Service


Order Management

The team is responsible for the Order Management process where we enter sales orders, fulfil them according to Daikin standards and response to customer’s quotations. We also process warranties and prepare periodic reporting for the management.

Sales Orders Follow-up

Once the sales order is in the system the team of Sales Order Follow up response to Daikin affiliates requests in case of any spare parts shortage. On weekly basis the team monitors sales orders of all affiliates from EMEA region in order to fulfil the customers’ orders.

Procurement Planning

Procurement is the process of purchase orders creation, tracking the orders once they are past due and coordinates the communication with our suppliers. Planning team role is to secure sufficient stock levels in Daikin warehouses.
