As a Finance Administration we support DAUK Credit Control Team and are responsible for issuing credit and debit notes. This means we verify the data in credit note requests, validate info with the info available on the customer account, check if the approvals are in line with the authorization matrix and then issue a credit note. If any of the information is not correct, we further investigate and contact the necessary people to receive the correct information. We also manage credit notes related to the returns and respond to e-mails related to disputes and follow up on the resolution.
