Our IT Center EMEA counts 3 departments: IT Planning (PLAN), IT Development (BUILD) and IT Infrastructure (RUN). Within our IT Development department, we can distinguish 2 competence centres: Madrid and Oostkamp. You will be part of IT Development in Oostkamp. 
Our Oostkamp department consists of 45 internal colleagues strengthened with external consultants and an offshore team. The group is young and dynamic with a good team spirit and open communication structure. We implement innovative IT solutions for our 7500+ Daikin colleagues all over Europe & Middle East.
To help further digitize our HR processes, we are currently looking for someone who’s ready to tackle the challenge of combining both project management and IT functional analysis. In collaboration with all stakeholders from business, together with your team, you will manage projects, develop improvement proposals and implement change requests.

Job content


We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Project Manager & Functional Analyst to coordinate, structure and promote our HR processes throughout our entire EMEA company. You will act as the solution owner for our SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Docebo and Kronos platforms.


After an extensive on-the-job training period, guided by your team and in the context of our company values, your main challenges will be: 


•    Diving into HR Digital Transformation and get a comprehensive understanding of our current landscape based on: 
          o    SAP SuccessFactors with modules like employee central, recruiting, onboarding, learning, time tracking, and performance & goals.
          o    SAP HCM for payroll processes.
          o    Kronos and SAP Employee Self-Service for time & attendance.
          o    Docebo, our learning tool for service technicians.
•    Acting as the project lead of different (international) projects within this HR area. You be involved in roll-out projects across EMEA but also projects implementing brand new functionalities.
•    Coordinating, analysing & implementing improvement requests in your area of expertise, in close cooperation with your business peers, internal IT colleagues and our offshore team. This with a critical yet constructive mindset, taking best practices and standardization into account.
•    Although we hand over our projects after go-live, as a solution owner, you’ll be expected to assist as 3rd line IT support in case of complex or challenging issues. 
•    You will follow up and explore the future evolutions towards digital HR. You will think about our strategy and assist in translating this into a roadmap. During this process, you will need to study and drive innovation, daring to experiment with new tools and/or features.

Profile


•    You have a business, economics or technology related master’s degree.
•    You are interested in digitalisation of HR processes, improving employee experience within Daikin.
•    You are pragmatic and have a strong interest in recent IT evolutions and technologies. Previous experience or background is a plus but not a must.
•    You have an analytical & innovative spirit and are interested in our company’s need to grow & accelerate.
•    You have a solution-oriented mindset and a drive to continuously improve your area.
•    You have the necessary self-discipline to set and follow up a planning.
•    You are a team player and try to establish and maintain a good relationship with both your IT and business colleagues.
•    You have good communication skills and are not afraid to present to groups.
•    You are prepared to occasionally travel to Daikin group companies in EMEA.
•    You have a very good knowledge of English.
