DENV is Daikin’s sales, development, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa  comprising headquarter offices in Brussels and Oostende, 8 production plants, 24 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the EMEA region.
Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

 

As Factory visit coordination / organiser you will be responsible for:

  • • factory visit organisation 
    • Be overall coordinator & ambassador of the DENV factory visits and get involved in every aspect of the factory visit flow to ensure our customers have a flawless journey from start to finish.
    • Coordinate overall factory visits programme for all factories (nr of visits/affiliate/factory
    • Organise quarterly status reporting 
    • Visitor data accuracy and feedback
    • Keep track of booked slots for reporting and chase
    • Send out questionnaire (made by Customer Experience Team) after visitors have left.
    • Make sure to have all correct customer data available prior to their visit, including customer IDs
  •  
  • Budget:
    • Keep track of expenditures of Yökoso project (keep excel up to date)
    • Follow-up on invoicing, re-invoicing and payments in timely mater
  • • Factory visit extension
    • Take active part in the implementation of the factory visit reservation tool to other factories
    • Coordinate the inclusion of additional factories in the Yökoso programme

  • • You have good organizational & planning skills.
  • • You get energy from giving support and sharing knowledge with people.
  • • You can work independently & remotely, but still keep an open communication to your peers.
  • • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal. Any other language is highly appreciated.
  • • Above all, you are a team player
