First Line Application Support

Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a Japanese multinational and worldwide the biggest producer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology.
DENV is Daikin’s sales, development, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa  comprising headquarter offices in Brussels and Oostende, 8 production plants, 24 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the EMEA region.
Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

Your responsibilities

• Affiliate support via Mailbox 
  -Monitor and respond to affiliate queries
  -Identify and track system bugs, improvements, and functional changes
  -Create tickets towards IT for bugs or issues and escalate when needed

• Content & System Management
  -Coordinate translation of content to ensure timely updates
  -Export/import content like CMS and POEditor
  -Collaborate with 3rd-party developers to support ongoing content updates

• SAP tasks Management
  -Create and process purchase orders (POs) for services and subscriptions
  -Register and update vendor information in ERP systems
  -Confirm Goods Receipts on time

Our requirements

• Experience, education and technical skills:
  -Bachelor degree
  -Practical experience in working customer service
  -Good knowledge of Excel
  -Good written and verbal command of English
  SAP basics is an asset

• Interpersonal skills:
  -Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
  -Self-motivation and optimistic attitude
  -Quick learner
  -Readiness and ability to continuously look for improvements in your job
  -Good communication skills that enable to build relations with different parties (external providers, international colleagues, Etc.) as well as to work well in the Team
  -Excellent organization and time management skills
