Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

 

 

We are looking for a new colleague to be part our EMEA HR Centre of Expertise (CoE). As the HR expert for Strategic Workforce Planning you will design and implement strategic methodologies for workforce planning across EMEA. 
Being the EMEA HR Process Owner, you are accountable for defining, monitoring, and continuously improving key HR processes to ensure they meet organizational goals, comply with standards, and deliver consistent end-to-end results across the region.  

 

 

You will support the implementation of HR strategies by collaborating with management and HR colleagues to ensure key initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with long-term objectives. 
As part of the EMEA HR CoE ambition, you will drive change and innovation in people-and organisation- related policies and practices, providing future-proof solutions & best practices in order to develop and support the realisation of both business’ and HR’ goals.
As part of a team of HR Experts, you will work in our office in Warsaw, Poland and you will have the opportunity to travel to other European premises when needed. 


Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Skills Development
Take ownership of designing and implementing a forward-looking Workforce Planning framework across EMEA. Your mission will include:
-Mapping critical skills and identifying gaps.
-Driving upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
-Leading the rollout of our Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) as a strategic tool, for skills mapping and development
-Training local HR and managers to embed Talent Intelligence Hub into daily operations.
-Linking workforce planning to performance management for measurable impact.
-Designing workforce KPIs to follow up on the progress & take appropriate actions

 

Change Management
-Facilitate adoption of new working methods across EMEA HR teams and business managers.
-Develop communication plans and training materials to support change.

 

Strategic Alignment & Reporting
-Link workforce planning activities to wider company & EMEA HR strategy objectives.
-Monitor KPIs related to workforce planning and interpret results to recommend actions.
-Contribute to overall EMEA HR strategy and action plan development and methodology for progress tracking.

 

 

Required Profile:
Education & Skills 
-Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
-In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices. 
-Solid understanding of research methods and analysis. 
-Monitoring trends and advancements in the HR field to drive continuous improvement and innovation.


Experience 
-Proven experience as HR consultant, HR advisor and Change Agent in project management.
-Proven track record in international environments and corporate settings.
-Experience working in a matrix organization. 


Competencies 
-Excellent command of English (written and spoken). 
-Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.
-An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
-Excellent communication and consultation skills.
-Strong change management skills and ability to lead transformation projects with a flexible mindset and a  “we can do attitude”. 
-Self-starter, autonomous, and able to work independently. 
-Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. 
-Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT to allow for a data-driven approach.
