Marketing Master Data Assistant

Daikin Europe NV (DENV) is a subsidiary of Daikin Industries Limited, a Japanese multinational and worldwide the biggest producer and supplier of HVAC-R (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration) solutions, including heating pumps and cooling technology.
DENV is Daikin’s sales, development, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa  comprising headquarter offices in Brussels and Oostende, 8 production plants, 24 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the EMEA region.
Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.

Marketing Master Data specialist

• You take care of the data input of new and/or updated products (either manually or via a mapping tool) in our data base.
• You accurately examine and validate your own data base input as this will be the basis for publications on extranet, internet, energy label generators, e-commerce, data books and catalogues.
• You coordinate the translations of the technical drawings with your external suppliers.
• You make sure you achieve the targets set on a monthly basis.
• On a daily basis, you check the web shop orders and coordinate the requested translations with external suppliers.
• you are responsible for the correct upload of the installation & operation manuals and the publication on extranet and internet.
•  You closely follow the procedures and make proposals for improvements

Our requirements

• Experience, education and technical skills
• Bachelor degree
• Practical experience in working with data  
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good written command of English
• Stibo step knowledge would be asset

• Detail-orientation and good analytical skills
• Self-motivation and optimistic attitude
• Quick learner
• Ability to detect and solve problems in the master data area quickly and independently
• Readiness and ability to continuously look for improvements in your job
• Good communication skills that enable to build relations with different parties (external providers, international colleagues, Etc.)  as well as to work well in the Team
