DENV is Daikin’s sales, development, and production headquarters for Europe, the Middle-East and Africa comprising headquarter offices in Brussels and Oostende, 8 production plants, 24 sales subsidiaries and offices and a whole network of independent distributors and dealers across the EMEA region.
Daikin Europe Business Support (DEBS) is a branch of DENV located in Warsaw. As a competency center we aim at being one of the driving forces behind the processes transformation: optimization, standardization and automation in the areas of supply, service, master data, controlling, financial reporting and HR.
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to business leaders located both in Poland and abroad (mainly Belgium and UK at this moment), driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals across multiple geographies. This role focuses on manpower planning, change management, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, and culture building. The HRBP will operate in a matrix environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders and serving as a bridge between EMEA and local teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives. Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
Change Management
Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in. Develop communication and engagement plans to foster adaptability and resilience.
Performance Management
Drive performance management processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across regions. Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
Learning & Development
Identify skill gaps and propose learning interventions to build capabilities. Collaborate with EMEA L&D team to implement training programs tailored to local needs.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Champion initiatives that enhance employee engagement and strengthen organizational culture. Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting diversity, inclusion, and collaboration across geographies.
Data-Driven HR
Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure impact of HR programs. Prepare reports and insights for leadership on workforce trends and KPIs.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted advisor and bridge between EMEA HR function and EMEA and local business units. Navigate complex matrix structures to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Ensuring compliance with Polish labour law and corporate compliance standards.
Required Profile:
Education & Skills
Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong combination of soft HR skills (coaching, communication, relationship building) and hard HR skills (analytics, compliance, process management).
Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role.
Proven track record in international environments and corporate settings.
Experience working in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.

The role involves periodic travel to Belgium and other European destinations as needed.
