In dit team staat klantbeleving centraal (hoofdzakelijk B2B maar ook steeds meer B2C). Bijvoorbeeld door het regelen van toegang tot verschillende applicaties die worden gebruikt voor bestellingen en informatievoorziening, het snel beantwoorden van vragen over facturen, creditnota’s, retouren of de afhandeling van eventuele klachten.
