F&A Analyst (UAE National)

About the role:
The role will focus on financial planning, reporting, cost tracking, and coordination across finance and business teams to ensure accurate financial performance monitoring and compliance with accounting standards.

How you can contribute:
• Assist in maintaining SG&A cost trackers and monitoring departmental expenses.
• Support the monthly and periodic closing process with DUAE CPL, DAME CPL, and DAME Finance teams.
• Assist in P&L planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, highlighting key risks.
• Track logistics and sales provisions with the sales team and assess reversals when required.
• Monitor costs by GL accounts and provide analysis for variances.
• Support financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and ad-hoc requests.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual financial reports and presentations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support cross-functional coordination.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Basic understanding of project-based business environments is an advantage.
• Fluent English language (spoken and written)

Preferred Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS16 and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot tables)
• Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Understanding of financial planning and reporting processes.
