Supply Planner (UAE National)

About the role

This role bridges supply chain operations with data analytics, enabling smarter decisions that improve availability, reduce costs, and enhance overall business performance

How you will contribute

• Support inventory monitoring (stock levels, coverage, slow/fast movers).
• Support inbound and outbound logistics coordination (e.g., shipment follow-up, carrier communication).
• Assist with processing and tracking purchase orders, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
•  Follow up with the Planning and logistics team on delivery status and lead time updates.
• Coordinate with Supply planning, warehouse, and customer service teams to resolve order and delivery issues.
• Support in the order management and stock allocation process.
• Extract, clean, and analyze data from ERP systems (SAP).
• Generate basic reports or dashboards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams.
• Support alignment between demand, supply, and inventory planning.
• Assist in preparing insights for S&OP / S&OE meetings.

What you need to succeed:

•  Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI).
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English.
