Job description 

• Role As a Key Account/Business Developer, you will be based in Riyadh, Saudi, from where your efforts will contribute to the realization of our ambitious growth targets in DKSA key account sales channel. Being in a KAM role, you will get a 360-degree view of the business as well as DKSA/DAME group structure and procedures. 

• Responsibilities & Challenges 

  • Continuous follow-up of key account sales across KSA and define countermeasures to close any gaps to budget.
  • Make use of GEMBA (visit to market) towards customers and local sales organizations to stay connected to the market and to have a good understanding of the business requirements.
  • Bring the voice of customers and the market to DKSA management allowing market insights.
  • Establish excellent stakeholder management, forge strong collaboration with all parts of the organization and mobilize DKSA capabilities to achieve business goals by becoming the biggest advocate of key account sales channel within the organization.
  • Participate in Key Account seminars and workshops for the Key Accounts across KSA region to increase brand awareness. 

• Your profile

  • university education (HVAC-R, mechanical engineering, sales management)  
  • at least 5 years of sales or business development experience in the Saudi Market market
  •  analytical thinking
  • strategic approach
  • eager to develop
  • hand-s on approach
  • target and results-oriented
  • technical knowledge of HVAC products
  • existing relationships with developers would be an advantage
  •  experience in working in a multicultural environment
  • fluent Arabic and English in speaking and writing
  • readiness for frequent business travels in KSA

 

 • Your responsibilities:

  • developing new business in the assigned market verticals to deliver on top growth in the new company division
  • acquiring new business in the banking sector in the Saudi market using the turnkey system solution strategy
  • coordinating teamwork and working as a team member with the already working KAM in the new sales division of Daikin Saudi
  • ensuring that the country’s division budget is met with all the product pillars and services
  • supporting all Key Accounts across the region of KSA
  •  working closely with Daikin MEA headquarter
  • collecting market requirements from end-users to support the product management team with Daikin product development
  • supporting the design & bid department with proper and enough information needed to prepare offers for the clients
  • preparing reports and progress updates on sales results of the division
  • promoting and selling service solutions to the assigned accounts on the Saudi market
