Job Responsibilities:
•    Establish sales objectives and strategy through forecasting through a sales process and sales team. 
•    Develop annual sales budget and quotas for regions.
•    Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team .
•    Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
•    Day to day activities and management of the Inside Sales Department. 
•    Show the growth for all service sales pillar (Solution,Replacement,parts,AMC,T&M ). 
•    Conduct the proper and right communication with all support functions as KA, CS, application, product team and execution team.
•    Establish and adjust sales prices by monitoring costs, competitors, and supply and demand indicators
•    Complete service sales operation requirements by scheduling and assigning sales team members and following up on work result
•    Manage the project costing including in-house product and vendor cost from estimation stage till the handover date. 
•    Proper estimation and evaluation for all projects and make sure all contracts have the profitability as per company guidelines.
•    Work closing with All SBU’s ( AP, VRV, DX, Service, Refrigeration) in order to achieve company objectives and targets.
•    Work closely with execution team in order to protect/enhance the gross margin and safe cost.
•    Report to SM / BM on weekly and monthly basis.
•    Customers satisfaction is a major key for Daikin, service sales to take all necessary countermeasure to meet the best customer satisfaction level
•    Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant as per the local law and regulation. 
•    Maximize revenue and profitability by focusing and driving operational excellence and execution within the team and responsibilities.
•    Follow the company internal procedure, system, approval matrix for Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
•    Lead, develop and coach the service sales team to deliver the business budget (revenue, margin, cost control), however execute all services timely and at best manner. 
•    Drive continuous service sales improvement, operational review meetings, development and implementation of operational discipline (tools, processes, people development).
•    Monitors, Reports and Analyzes the Monthly Performance of service sales team
•    Ensures strong working business relationship with service vendors as third Party workforce, Dealers and Contractors.
•    Overall responsible for the Performance Review and Evaluation for the service sales team in coordination with line manager. 
•    Work closely with local service management, regional service management and Service SBU.
Job Requirements:

•    Possesses an Engineering Degree from a reputable and recognized educational institution.
•    Has at least 5 years of experience as Service sales within Saudi Arabia or GCC Market.
•    Have previously worked in Multi-National HVAC Company in Saudi Arabia or GCC market, previous experience with Daikin is a plus.
•    Strong Technical background on VRV/DX/Chillers/Controls and Airside products is a MUST
•    Demonstrates strong analytical skills, maturity in handling service manpower, strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate internally and externally with staff and customers.
•    Good presentation skills using word, excel and power point. 
•    Ability to create and implement sales plans
•    Ability to meet sales goals by monitoring progress
•    Ability to analyze sales data and lead growth. 
•    Management and leadership skills
•    Incorporate enterprise or departmental objectives to team objectives to ensure alignment and engagement in key priorities
•    Problem solver. 
•    Ability to use SAP, software and generate report.
•    Very good communication skills 
•    Strong commercial understanding of Contracts, Payment Terms and other business related factors that drive Service and solutions Business.
•    Good financial understanding 
Preferences:
•    Preferred with Saudi Experience, but not mandatory
•    Candidate must be proficient in English. Arabic Speaking is preferred but not mandatory.  
•    Field Service experience is required. 
•    Sales Experience is required
