Stories of our people

  • Meet Kinga

"I can honestly say that from the very beginning I could feel that my work at Daikin matters. I collaborate with many colleagues from the EMEA region to develop our HR tools and, simply speaking, to make them better. Being a bridge between HR and IT is a truly satisfying role and perfect for everyday self-development, as every case is different!"

  • Meet MichaÅ‚

"At DEBS I am responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes. Roughly speaking, I interview candidates but who knows, maybe future colleagues ...? I work with people and for people. I take care of the recruitment needs of managers, but I also take care of candidates to match the position and team to their needs. My priority is to make the candidate/future employee feel good during the process. Know where they are and where they are going, what opportunities they have and what challenges they may face. In two words, I am talking and drinking yerba mate 😊"
