Zakres obowiązków:

• Organizacja wewnętrznych oraz zewnętrznych spotkań biznesowych oraz eventów firmowych.
• Opracowywanie i nadzór nad obiegiem dokumentów, raportów i prezentacji na potrzeby wewnętrzne i zewnętrzne.
• Zarządzanie korespondencją, dbanie o prawidłowy obieg dokumentów, zamawianie kuriera oraz odbiór poczty.
• Kompleksowa organizacja krajowych i zagranicznych podróży służbowych.
• Odpowiedzialność za magazyn odzieży i szafek pracowniczych, dystrybucję odzieży, obuwia oraz kluczy, a także inwentaryzację zapasów
• Zarządzanie kartami dostępu przy wejściu/wyjściu pracowników (dostęp, zmiana, przypisanie do poszczególnych pomieszczeń)
• Organizacja i zamawianie różnego rodzaju artykułów niezbędnych w firmie, w tym zapewnienie dostaw materiałów biurowych i produktów spożywczych.
• Tworzenie i nadzór zamówień dla podwykonawców oraz firm świadczących usługi na terenie zakładu.
• Tworzenie, wdrażanie i nadzorowanie procedur oraz instrukcji administracyjnych
• Wsparcie działu administracji w bieżących zadaniach i projektach.
