Responsibilities: 

 

  • Organization of work within the Process Quality Group
  • Fulfillment of the tasks arising from the ISO standards of the established Integrated Management System for which DMPO company will be certified (e.g. quality, environment,occupational safety, energy management) 
  • Verification of units as part of customer complaints (by line trial & retest and visual inspection) 
  • Supervision of compliance with the control plan of internally produced parts (C-Kansa)
  • Executing Internal & Process audits on the production lines and shops
  • Support Development Quality members for assembly trial tests due to new supplier, alternative supplier, cost reduction (new raw material etc.), localization, process change, new mould, new project, revisions
  • Monitor the Process & Product quality  on designed lines & (newly launched) products and take required actions to resolved the problems based on a prior root - cause - analysis
  • During root cause analysis & problem analysis studies you will apply  (7 QC tools) 
  • Delegation of tasks within the group towards the Quality Auditors (Blue collars)
  • Constant optimization of existing processes
  • Supervision of the publishing of audits reports of finished products
  • Important is your role as contact person between QA, Production and Production Engineering
  • Organise & check the countermeasures as documented in the Product Quality Report (Defects found in production)
  • List agreed actions from all involved parties (PRD, MNT, QC...) & follow up of the agreed actions
  • Support of the Quality Auditors

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Minimum bachelor in engineering (quality) area
  • Min. 2 years in the same or similar position in a ,,quality" environment 
  • Good knowledge of English 
  • Very good user knowledge of PC (Windows, Microsoft Office) / Driver's license B
  • Decisive and target oriented and proactive and a Gemba shugi approach
  • SAP knowledge
  • Good knowledge of problem solving techniques
  • Skills for data analysis
