• Obsługa kadrowo – płacowa pracowników oraz współpraca z dostawcą usług płacowych
• Kontrola wyliczenia wynagrodzeń i należności dla ZUS, US, PFRON
• Ewidencja i rozliczanie czasu pracy pracowników, prowadzenie szkoleń
• Koordynacja procesów onboardingu i offboardingu pracowników
• Współpraca przy projektach HR, w tym tworzeniu i wdrażaniu regulaminów,
• Wsparcie w zakresie prawa pracy oraz doradztwo dla kadry kierowniczej i pracowników
