PURCHASING DEPARTMENT

Negotiations | Suppliers | Success

The Procurement Department at Daikin plays a key role in building the company’s competitive advantage. It is a team of experts who ensure every day that our products are made using the highest-quality materials, in cooperation with trusted suppliers, and with full respect for the principles of sustainable development.

Our specialists are responsible for comprehensive supply chain management — from needs analysis, through sourcing and evaluating new partners, negotiating terms and conditions of cooperation, to supervising delivery compliance and component quality. Thanks to their work, we ensure production continuity, optimize costs, and continuously raise operational standards across the organization.

Procurement at Daikin is about more than transactions. It involves strategic decision-making, partnership-based relationships with global and local suppliers, and ongoing efforts to continuously improve processes. It also offers real influence over the company’s technological development and the future shape of our products.

It is also a space where independence, responsibility, and initiative are highly valued. Every member of the Procurement team has the opportunity to drive meaningful improvements, implement innovative solutions, and participate in international projects. We actively support the development of competencies — from negotiation and analytics to relationship management and modern procurement tools — because we believe that people are the true strength of our organization.

LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT

Deliveries | Transport | Organization

The Logistics Department is a key area that sets the rhythm of the entire factory. This is where every process begins and ends — from the moment the first component arrives at the site to the point when the finished product leaves the production line and is delivered to the customer. The logistics team combines strategic planning with dynamic execution, ensuring that every material, piece of information, and order moves through the factory in perfectly synchronized flow. Thanks to their work, production continuity, process predictability, and uninterrupted deliveries are possible, reinforcing Daikin’s global reliability. This is a department that sees more, acts faster, and thinks several steps ahead — creating the foundations for smooth operations and efficiency.

Our logistics center consists of modern, highly automated warehouse spaces designed with productivity and workplace safety in mind. The warehouse team works with advanced tools, scanners, systems, and layout-optimization solutions. This is where material receipt, delivery quality checks, order picking, and direct supply of components to production lines take place, based on Just‑in‑Time systems.

Daikin Logistics is made up of people with diverse skill sets — from forklift operators to logistics specialists. What unites them is the awareness that their work has a real impact on how the factory operates and, ultimately, on the customer experience.
