Development Quality Engineer

Responsibility for:

• Organization of work within the sample inspection group
• Fulfillment of the tasks arising from the ISO standards of the established Integrated Management System, for which DMPO company will be certified (e.g. quality, environment, occupational safety, energy management)
• Verification of parts as part of development (first evaluation by measuremental and visual inspection)
• Verification of parts in accordance with the RoHS directive
• Supervision of proper compliance with the plan of internal and external calibrations
• Publishing of sample reports due to new supplier, alternative supplier, cost reduction (new raw material etc.), localization, process change, new mould,new project,revisions and regulations.
• Delegation of tasks within the group towards the Sample Quality Inspectors (Blue collars)
• Constant optimization of existing processes
• Parts measurement and testing
• Important is your role as contact person between QA and Procurement and Development department during development phase.
• Periodical calibration of the required QC equipment

Requirements: 

• Minimum Bachelor in (Mechanical) Engineering
• Min. 2 years in the same or similar position in a ¨quality¨ environment

• Good knowledge of PC (Windows XP, Microsoft Office);   Even advanced

• Good knowledge of English 

• Skills for data analysis

• SAP
